Zoe supports the continual development of the organization’s workplace culture and staff performance and well-being.
Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Zoe served as a Senior Consultant at ReadySet, a boutique organizational consulting firm where she drove large-scale human capital management projects for clients across the non-profit, education, financial and technology sectors. Previously, she worked at The George Washington University driving talent acquisition and organizational culture initiatives.
Zoe holds an MA in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University and a BA in Multiplatform Journalism from the University of Maryland – College Park.
