With over 10 years of experience in executive support, operations, and office management, she has been a trusted partner to senior leaders across industries, including media, brand consulting, and the nonprofit sector.
Before joining Blue Meridian, Shea held key roles at TED Conferences, L’Oréal Maybelline, The MET, and Teneo Holdings, where she streamlined operations, optimized workflows, and enhanced executive support.
Shea received her BS from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
