Kelly provides strategic and executional leadership on critical business priorities and leads innovative efforts to expand Blue Meridian’s efforts to unlock philanthropic capital and investments. She explores new philanthropic investment opportunities and supports the team to implement Blue Meridian’s distinctive, social sector investment methodology.
She was a founding member of the Bridgespan Group and led the firm’s Children, Youth, and Families practice area, working with foundations and direct-service organizations in a variety of sectors, including youth development, global development, education reform, and the environment.
Before joining Bridgespan, Kelly was a manager at Bain & Company, working on private-sector strategy and government privatization; and Price Waterhouse in Washington, DC, advising public and private organizations on business strategy and process redesign. She is on the Advisory Board of the Greenlight Fund and serves as a board member for Mary’s Meals.
Kelly earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
