“The plan to grow HealthySteps includes the establishment of 50 new sites across the state to serve more than 350,000 children by 2027. Pediatric physicians will partner up with child development specialists to provide services for children in a pediatric healthcare setting, which is said to help identify behavioral health issues in the early childhood stage while being less stigmatizing.”
