Spenser manages Blue Meridian’s organizational culture initiatives, focusing on creating and delivering educational and experiential opportunities that connect staff to one another and Blue Meridian’s mission. Spenser also resources the organization, through engagements with facilitators, coaches, and consultants, to enhance the success of Blue Meridian’s uniquely collaborative approach to portfolio management. Spenser’s work is key to building and sustaining a positive, people-centered organizational culture.
Before joining Blue Meridian, Spenser served in leadership roles with the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University and at West Virginia University. In these roles, he led strategic planning processes, small- and large-group facilitations, and supported high level decision-making.
Spenser holds a master’s in higher education from the University of Arizona
