Pearl Steinberg supports Blue Meridian’s internal communications strategy by developing content, events, and knowledge management systems that help employees stay connected to the organization’s mission, their work, and one another.
Most recently, she served as Internal Communications Partner for Block’s Design and Sales functions, where she established communication strategies for 3,000+ employees who reorganized into entirely new teams. Previously, as People Communications Manager at Twitter/X, she kept 9,000+ global employees informed and engaged during some of the company’s most challenging transitions. She specializes in making complex ideas feel human, whether she’s translating AI/ML concepts or helping executives communicate with their teams in ways that resonate.
Pearl holds a BA in Communications from Ursinus College.
