Kimberly Braxton

Director, Learning, Evaluation, and Measurement

Kimberly works closely with the Managing Director, Learning, Evaluation, and Measurement, and other leaders to develop and implement Blue Meridian’s comprehensive, integrated, cross-organizational learning, evaluation, and measurement strategy.

She brings over 15 years of evaluation and facilitation experience working with leaders across foundations, nonprofits, and school districts. Throughout her career, Kimberly has been committed to embedding equity-oriented and culturally responsive practices in her work. She has trained and mentored emerging evaluators, launched an internship program to expand access to the evaluation field, facilitated learning communities, and contributed to tools and resources that help organizations reflect, adapt, and grow.

Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Kimberly was a director at Equal Measure, where she led and supported a wide range of learning, evaluation, and measurement projects in the areas of educational opportunity, place-based systems change, and economic mobility. Her leadership spanned projects funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Robin Hood, and Helios Education Foundation.

She holds degrees from Goucher College, the University of Pennsylvania, and Saint Joseph’s University, and draws on her background in education, spatial analysis, and organizational development to guide her work.
