Jacqueline Forney

Portfolio Manager

Jacqueline contributes to Blue Meridian’s investee selection process, supports individual investee relationships and scaling plan development, and helps assess investee and portfolio-wide performance. Working closely with Managing Directors, he also collaborates on innovative initiatives to expand Blue Meridian’s work, with a focus on Place Matters.

Jacqueline brings experience working at the intersection of place-based philanthropy, policy analysis, and advocacy primarily in the American Heartland. Prior to joining Blue Meridian, she was a Program Associate at the George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jacqueline supported portfolio management of criminal justice and economic development initiatives focused on boosting economic mobility for low-income children and families. Previously, she was a Policy Fellow at GKFF focused on early childhood to postsecondary education outcomes. Jacqueline’s experience has spanned sectors including internships with AmeriCorps, the U.S. Senate, and Powell Tate | Weber Shandwick.

Jacqueline received her BA in Politics from Bates College and an MPA from the Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs at Brown University.
