Errol provides comprehensive technical support and ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of day-to-day technology operations as BMP’s IT Support Specialist. In his current role, he supports end users across a dynamic professional environment, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and systems-related issues while delivering responsive and customer-focused IT service.
Throughout his career, Errol has worked extensively within hospital and clinical environments, providing critical IT support for healthcare staff, administrative teams, and operational systems. In addition to healthcare experience, Errol has worked within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space, delivering IT services and technical support to organizations across multiple industries.
Errol holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic Marketing and Publishing from SUNY Morrisville.
