As part of the Marketing team, Diana oversees cross-functional operations and provides operational leadership across all marketing and communications initiatives.
Prior to her work with Blue Meridian Partners, Diana was a Senior Consultant at The Bridgespan Group, where she advised philanthropic and nonprofit organizations on strategy, organizational design, and impact investing. Earlier in her career, she worked with Enveritas to advance responsible sourcing in global agricultural supply chains, and with TechnoServe to support smallholder farmers and women micro-entrepreneurs across Mozambique, Mexico, Colombia, and Ecuador—experiences that continue to shape her inclusive approach to economic mobility.
Diana holds a master’s degree in international development from Columbia University.
