Caroline leads brand and content strategy to advance Blue Meridian Partner’s pioneering approach to philanthropy and improving social and economic mobility around the United States.
Prior to joining Blue Meridian, Caroline led a strategy and communications consultancy focused on social impact, where she worked with corporate and non-profit leaders to tell compelling stories, translate strategy to outcomes, and mobilize resources for impact. Previously, Caroline led a statewide foundation for public schools in her home state of South Carolina. She started her career at Accion, where she helped launch the Center for Financial Inclusion; she later served as a speechwriter and special assistant at the U.S. Department of State, where she helped launch the Open Government Partnership.
Caroline serves on several local and national boards. She holds a BA in International Relations from Tufts University, a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she was a fellow with the Center for Public Leadership.
