Audrey contributes to Blue Meridian’s investee selection process, supports individual investee relationships and scaling plan development, and helps assess investee and portfolio-wide performance. Working closely with Managing Directors, she also collaborates on innovative initiatives to expand Blue Meridian’s work, with a focus on Place Matters.
Previously, Audrey was a Program Officer at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation focused on education policy and workforce development in the US. She co-managed a portfolio of grantees that drove national alignment on federal K-12 policy implementation in states and led the development of a strategic approach to education finance and funding. Before that, she worked at the Thomas B. Fordham Institute, a national education think tank, and Child Trends, a leading research firm focused on children and youth, where she focused on policy and research affecting state accountability systems, school safety and learning environments, and other education issues.
Audrey has a BA in Political Science from American University and earned her Masters in Education Policy and Management at Harvard University.
