Senior Manager, People & Culture

The Senior Manager will play a critical role in executing People & Culture partnership strategies and designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge approaches that reward, motivate, and inspire high performance and engagement from all staff.

This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end talent management and performance management approaches, organizational development skills, and leveraging Workday to support specific teams and their organizational needs. The Sr. Manager serves as a subject matter expert and will help drive behavioral and cultural change in the People & Culture space in close partnership with teams across the organization. The Sr. Manager will help connect strategy and implementation across People Operations and the organization.
